Our story

In 1984 Warranty Administration Services first began providing motor dealer warranty administration.   On entering the market, our objective was simple;  to ensure dealers and franchises were empowered to stay in control of their customers' aftersales experiences.  In doing so, our dealer partners were able to redefine the experience for their own clients, fully managing their customer journey from the moment they stepped into the showroom to long after they had left with their new car.

Through the introduction of our warranty administration solutions, our 'dealer self-funded' warranties enabled motor dealers to:
